GDC 2018: Meet Yengage for The Game Developers Conference
Yengage heads to GDC 2018 with our Japan team! Come meet us or hang out at one of the many networking events at this year’s Game Developers Conference.
Join us in San Francisco for GDC, held annually in our backyard at Moscone Center. The Game Developers Conference this year is March 19-23 with events held throughout the week! We’re also excited to announce that our Japan team will be visiting that week. As you may know, GDC is also (in)famous for its “networking” events (*parties). So expect to see us at a few!
As we recently reported, advertising spend in Japan is expected to increase for the 6th straight year with digital advertising consisting of a vast majority of the increase. We expect this trend to be the same for the gaming industry. We will share our best practices and expected trends for user acquisition in Japan, whether it’s using Line or other social media advertising or influencer marketing on Youtube.
As always, we’re excited to hear the latest from the world’s best and brightest during the day at the conference. We’ll be checking out the indie tables at the expo. And at night? Find us at one of the various networking events. We’ll be at Pixonic and Pocket Gamer’s opening night party and Vungle’s event on Wednesday, March 21st as well. We’re also excited to go to Zynga’s headquarters for their annual happy hour. There are so many to choose from! (Pro tip: we follow @gdcparties for the latest updates.)
If you’re interested in meeting during the day (or at night) and talking about the latest trends in the Japanese mobile games market, let us know! Reach out to us at info[at]yengage.net or contact us below!
